A straight bet is the simplest kind of bet. In a game you can choose for a team to win, for the team to cover a point, or goal, spread, or for the game total score to go over or under a specific amount.
Normally the moneyline will be -110, this means that you will need to risk $100 in order to win $100. The moneyline will be clearly displayed if it is different.
Team | Spread | Total | Money Line |
---|---|---|---|
Chicago Bulls | +4 | ov 192½ -125 | +110 |
Los Angeles Lakers | -4 | un 192½ +105 | -130 |
In the example above you can place these bets for instance:
A Parlay bet or a combination is a kind of wager where you can choose from 2 up to 10 teams. All your picks must be winner in order for the whole parlay to win. The more teams you include the higher is the payout.
PARLAY PAYOFFS | |
---|---|
2 Teams | +260 |
3 Teams | +600 |
4 Teams | +1000 |
5 Teams | +2000 |
6 Teams | +4000 |
7 Teams | +6000 |
8 Teams | +8000 |
9 Teams | +10000 |
10 Teams | +20000 |
If one of the picks is a PUSH, then the Parlay reverts to the next lower Payoff. A 2 Team Parlay with one PUSH will revert to a straight bet.
CAN NOT be included in a parlay: circled games, propositional and future bets.
Open Spots:
When you start a parlay, you can leave Open Spots. This can be used in the case where the line of the game you want to include is not available yet. You can have a maximum of 2 Open Spots. In a 2 Team Parlay, you can have only one Open Spot.
A parlay can have Open Spots for a maximum of 30 days. After this time the parlay will be cancelled and the risked amount returned to the account.
An If-Bet is a series of Straight bets linked together by a condition. If this condition is met, then the next bet in line will have action. There are two varieties: If Win Only and If Win/Tie/Cancel.
Examples:
IF WIN ONLY
Cowboys -5,risking $110 to win $100
IF WIN ONLY
Panthers +4,risking $110 to win $100
In this case, the Cowboys bet needs to be a winner in order for the Panthers bet to have action. If the Cowboys lose or push then the bet stops there and the Panthers bet will have no action.
IF WIN/TIE/CANCEL
Cowboys -5,risking $110 to win $100
IF WIN/TIE/CANCEL
Panthers +4,risking $110 to win $100
In this example, the second bet will have action if the first bet pushes or if is cancelled. The only way to stop the bet is if the first bet loses.
This is a double If-Bet. Normally an If-Bet only goes in one direction. A reverse goes in the two directions. For example, you have Bet 1 IF WIN ONLY then Bet 2, but you will also have Bet 2 IF WIN ONLY then Bet 1.
In the same way that you have two varieties of If-Bets: If Win Only and If Win/Push/Cancel. Then you have the same for a reverse.
Example:
A If Win Only Reverse with Patriots -9 and Broncos +3, risking $110
Leg 1: Patriots -9, risking $110 to win $100 IF WIN ONLY then Broncos +3, risking $110 to win $100
Leg 2: Broncos +3, risking $110 to win $100 IF WIN ONLY then Patriots -9, risking $110 to win $100
A Round Robin is a combination of parlays. You can select from 3 up to 10 teams. You can also use Monely Lines, Spreads and Totals. The selecte picks are then combined into 2 teams or 3 teams parlays.
The same rules that apply at parlays are used for Round Robins as well.
For example, if you choose 5 teams, risking $100, and put them into 3 Team Parlays then you will be getting 10 different parlays risking $100 in each one.
Example:
$50 Round Robin in 2 Team Parlays with
New York Knicks +7
Houston Rockets +8
Cleveland/Denver OV 188
Will be organized in the following way:
Parlay 1:
Knicks +7
Rockets +8
Risking $50 to win $130
Parlay 2:
Rockets +8
Cleveland OV 188
Risking $50 to win $130
Parlay 3:
Knicks +7
Cleveland OV 188
Risking $50 to win $130
